Chat with a Librarian

Using several forms of "Messenging" software (available as free downloads) you can communicate with a librarian at the SUNY Potsdam Libraries. Once you have installed messenging software and registered your screen name, you are ready to communicate with the libraries.

This service:

• allows a remote library user to get help while actively using library resources
• is available to SUNY Potsdam students and staff only
• is available during these hours

We may suggest a personal visit to the library if your questions require extensive interaction and analysis; or we may need more time to handle to some question, and offer to respond via e-mail.
